Þ Services are provided to individuals who are physically unable to leave their home         independently.. 

* Services must be authorized by a Physician for appropriateness of the treatment to be provided.

* Services Include:

=Home Health Aides

=Personal Care Aides

=Medical Social Worker

=Physical Therapy

=Speech Therapy

=Occupational Therapy  

=Pediatric Care

=IV Therapy/Wound Care     

Availability of Services

Services Are Available Seven (7) Days A Week, Twenty-Four Hours A Day.  A Nurse Is On Call After The  Agency Closes To Provide Care.

Services Are Covered By:

¨ Self Pay

¨ Individuals without insurance coverage-payment arrangements are established
